Big weekend for mixed-race folks of East African heritage over the weekend:

* Barack Obama took home the primary in South Carolina, and got Caroline Kennedy clan's endorsement the next day in the New York Times. Hillary's campaign no longer in cruise control?

* Sevilla's Freddy Kanoute scored for Mali at the 2008 African Cup of Nations.

* Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, the 22-year-old son of "a legendary Congolese handball champion" (Dick Enberg's LOLzian phraseology...) played in Sunday's final of the Australian Open.

Tsonga -- add an 's' on there and I'm dropping droopy-eyed Paul Tsongas -- was supposedly conceived by his dad shagging a French groupie at Muhammad Ali's "Rumble in the Jungle" fight.

Well thats what I'm hoping to hear. 'Cause it's a fact that there's a whole lot of MILF-shagging in East Africa.
